Diagnosing Twist

This is likely something simple I'm just overthinking. My CJ sits 2-3" lower on the front passenger side than any other side. How do I determine if this is being caused by a warn leaf or a twisted frame?

A flat plane can’t be low on one corner only. Those frames do twist though. Jack that corner up and see what it does. It’ll straighten or it won’t.

and get frustrated with all the backyard engineers and out their ideas that boil down to nothing...

add a longer shackle to the side that leans... done

measure spring plates to frame
measure shock shaft showings
observe tire to wheel well gaps.

3" is A LOT on a CJ, problem should be obvious or at least measurable.

spring or body mount issues could be present.  those frames are flexible enough to contour to any issues bolted to them.  check tire pressure

Historically CJs always have a driver side lean because the rear driver spring is whooped.  odd your passenger side is lower.
