I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

House is on Balsam St Rochester. Foreclosure that needs work then will be a rental in a few years. New garage.

Shop is $350/mo incl electric

I can’t get over how useless the parking situation makes that place to me. Sucks since it’s so handy and so cheap but no trailers in the lot plus alternate side parking just kills it.
