Hmm,1st thing I should start with is getting some jy coils and ground the tach wire and see if I can replicate the problem,if it doesn't ill have to work from there.from some quick reading could be dizzy isn't grounded or to many volts to the coil

That sounds like a good place to start. Pocket full of coils for $20 instead of $40 at AZ. Yuck! $20 from a UCI-supplied house was much better.

Now that I think of it,when it conked out on cemetary I thought I heard some arching smike I think  heard it too so I'm guessing its %95 the problem
