no repeated starter motor issues

pass side low beam out noticed last night.  found 2 new bulbs in glove box score!

3hrs or so of city runarounds today with Chip in this unit, got some sticking calipers putting some major heat into front rotors haha

ordered new front calipers and braided hoses.  probably should get rear calipers and new rotors/pads all around.

still takes overdrive away after about 30 min of driving, and new thing falls to zero oil pressure at idle once hot.  must be a fake FCA gage thing because it would have blown up or started tapping by now lol

ha

found driver front shock broke free from axle, blown bushing on passenger front ratteling around

changed both front calipers and brake hoses, driver hardline crumbled when i touched it.  changed both sides hardlines. bled

greased all fittings, removed plow frame, changed oil / filter

tied up some hanging trans cooler lines



rear brakes all look shot.  so that will be next time.

Well I guess whatever I did with the Trans lines I should have left alone.  Looks like it blew as I backed out of lot away from house.  Noticed smoke show pulled I to fuel station, saw garden hose leak of atf everywhere, drove right back home barely and shut it off coasting back to shop.  Left a nice blog trail everywhere. 

This may be the end of this thing.  Bah

i feel mildly better about this now- what i touched and re hung a few weeks ago was not failure point.  hose popped off at trans on other end. 

pulled both hoses and added bubbles to hard lines, replaced 2 clamps at each of the 4 locations, new 300psi trans cooler hose.  filled and tested good. 

back to full duty i guess again. 

not sure im going to order the rear rotors and calipers / hoses it needs.  i think its gotten enough thrown at it for the year.

i did notice the cirp belt is about to come apart.  found a brand new one in the glove box when i checked to see if an old spare was there or not before leaving on maden voyage with trans lines. 

wegmans trip and back no issues.

i guess ill change a belt today bah

belt changed.  added 10 gals of recovered stale hot rod donar fuel haha
