yup ran out of gas and almost used a 11lb spool of .035 today and the welding is not all done yet. Had to spend a lot of time waiting on the welder to cool down that is for sure.

Just got to put the deck on and finish the side rails and some odds and ends and it is done.

looks good.  gona throw some plate on the top of the 45 in the last pic to match the beams?  Thats the strongest part of both beams that should be tied together.

are you talking about the 45 on the top of the vertical i beam or the 90 that is from the original frame rail to the verticle I beam?

Yeah we are planning on capping that and with the same plate running down the channel a little ways to tie it all together
