2002 4 door Golf GL TDI
picking up tomorrow. I was asking about this one on Sunday and didn't get a reply. He got back to me today and took my lowball immediately. I should have gone lower I guess.
Manual swap just finished, started blowing blue smoke and is low on power. Probably needs a turbo.
Hopefully a good 2 into one or super easy parts swap diagnostics.
Might have to get my wagon involved in the parts swapping party and decide which one I want to keep. I just bought a patch panel for the rust on the wagon, too.

Very decent. On charger now, should drive off trailer if as described.
Then to decide which swapping jenga to play.

the siding to entrance door color is comical to VW colors lol

Not even sure what is going on there structurally...

Low headroom. Uncertain beyond that.
I was scared to look closer as soon as I saw the deck above and that the door wasn’t just leaning there.

Drove this around a bit tonight. Seems to run ok but definitely hazy.
Clutch hydraulics are all new, but weren’t bled. I bled but didn’t seem to fix. Can stop the car without stalling but can’t get in or out of gear without shutting off.
Suspect either bad slave or mismatched parts.

ordered a clutch and fork for this. will tear into it once parts are on hand. hydraulics all appear to be functioning as intended so it's internal.
clutch is needed for the rustwagen if this doesn't need it, so good either way.
