The standard 3 piece spindle seal kit for the GM D60 is under part number SBK3. Absolutely will fail if not installed with proper bearing back spacing. Also requires the use of a "slinger".
Learned of another, hopefully better option, 2 piece kit that uses an actual seal out front of the bearing under part number SBK5. Bearing spacing doesn't matter. Fits 35 spline stub. Application is '92-'98 Ford D60.
Maybe I just need to be better at maintenance? :-[
