and to stay inspectable. that would be pretty baller. Probably would need a cage right away to provide good mounting points for suspension on a unibody, just like W/X/ZJs deserve.

ya inspection would be not practical.

Used engine with 74k from Buffalo wrecking yard plunked in. Needs a couple of minor parts and should be ready to turn the key...

It's a driver again. A couple of airbag related recalls and misc little things to address but good-to-go.

This thing is a solid unit, small, nimble, decent power, but almost no fun in the snow...

Can't shut off the ESC unless in 4WD so no donuts, power slides, or drifting in 2WD >:( . Prob have to pull the ABS fuse.

On a more positive note, the wife kinda likes it. When the 'Burb has outlived it's usefulness, it may be time to downsize...

I am still thinking about this unit.. let me know when you think you will be getting the title.  Sara's lease is up at the end of Feb so we are looking for a replacement and a 4wd unit is definite.

This unit hit 300,000 miles on Abbys trip home from college this weekend. New tires,  starter, alternator, and battery since August has really been the only big maintenance needed.  Gonna need a muffler this summer and starting to lose some tyranny fluid.

Trans cooler lines get crusty. Do yourself a favor and replace them all at once. I think there is a kit.
