the picture of the single post lift is commical on the front, wernt those outlawed or something like 30 years ago?

I think existing in-ground may be grandfathered, but maybe not for commercial use?

This confirms that a "Custom" or "Homemade" vehicle does not need OBDII plug in inspection.  8)

That is steering wheel movement, not steered wheel movement...   ;)
