We have committed to racing the #4610 LJ in Hot Springs, Arkansas the first weekend of May.
I'm assuming the Line Mtn race the weekend prior is a conflict for the other 3 cars?

We are definitely not missing the Brolite season opener.
We are planning to leave Roch Thurs am and return home Monday at some point.
We are open to returning on sunday if you wanted to ride w us.

Mothers day weekend kinda lame to have a race on
too much with VA trip and brolite going on for this one for me.
wish it was closer, it looks like a really cool place similar to old school Rausch races

Been racing on almost every mothers day weekend since I was 9. My mom's used to it.
Sounds like Carrie Welch is planning to come with us.
Race Jeep to list is short...
Bolt check
Service fuel filters
Fluid change & check
Install trans temp guage
Drill more holes in fender for trans cooler & steering cooler air flow as necessary
Install new 10.5 front ring and pinion.
Install race windshield frame
Remove back seat
Remove roof light bar
Properly spool up winch rope
Check link jam nuts, (replace bugs as necessary)
Check for rattle in rear (loose shock bolt, loose heim joint)
Trailer suspension bolt check
Adjust brakes
Add more interior 120v led lights
Install power cord from trailer to 50 amp RV plug
Re-attach plywood floor to trailer frame (wtf)

racing with a 100 cars is fun at RC on a 8-12mile loop :)
last 3 miles of typical track has enough rocks to break all kinds of cars. get your tire pressure up!

What class would we be?
Switching races is more of a logistical decision. We have a FULL schedule this spring and summer so cutting back on time and travel where we can.
Hoping we can get the same seat time at Rausch and at least some marketing exposure to make it a worthwhile tradeoff.
Pre registration for Line mtn?

To be honest I'm not super excited. I just hope LM turns out to be like Rolling W. Looks like shit from an outsider POV. But they actually have their act together and put on a legit event.

no shocks. no replies. I fucked up my back with that damn power snake and it is killing me by the time I'm done being misarable at work every day. I don't think it's bad enough that it won't get better so I really don't want to abuse it.
