I want to buy new injectors for my truck. I bought some aftermarket injectors before they they SUCKED. I spent hours trying to get them to fit in the holes, gouged up the alignment slot and eventually just put stock back in.
I'm looking for stock Bosch injector bodies that have 5x12 SAC nozzles. I cant find them anywhere. I could install the 5x12 nozzles on my current injectors, but they have 450k on them so figure new wouldn't be bad.

DAP used to list a Bosch body with aftermarket nozzles, but its not there anymore.
-
Damn, that was going to be my suggestion.
Get your bodies rebuilt, with fresh 5x12 nozzles on them? pop off injectors are easy to set and shim, as long as they don't leak that's all that really matters if I understand correctly.
-
I still have the aftermarket injectors with 5x12 nozzles. I'm tempted to just install the nozzles on the stock injectors and rock it.
Or see if B&D can pop test them and flow mach.
I couldn't believe how shitty the aftermarket bodies were. Absolute garbage.

check out GB injectors...
we stock them and have a great reputation...

The new ones are Bosch or they're their own units?
215hp too? I may be interested sometime later this summer.

They are aftermarket, not Bosch. HP number given to injectors is silly to me. So much is dependent on other mods.
I am leery given my last experience with aftermarket but may try. Will probably pull and clean mine first.
