$300 for trans and tcase. tcases solo from $150 up. Did find one in Syracuse for $90 (cragslist). http://syracuse.craigslist.org/pts/4790197464.html (http://syracuse.craigslist.org/pts/4790197464.html) not sure if it will work for you.

Why do you need one? I still have the NP241DLD from my 2500. It have the 23 spline input and probably lot of it's internals that can swap right over into a 231.

Just pulled a 242 out of Perforance in Brockport for $50 for the daughter's Jeep. They had about 8-10 xj's and zj's. 3-4 wj's too.
