I was doing the leak test and found there's leak where the core go into the tank/end. I can't look at it directly but I can't really see what caused it but it kinda looks like it just cracked apart.

I went to Empire raidator shop in rochester (near Arie's warehouse) and their price made it a moot to replace with another stock unit and can go with aftermarket for not much more. However when I was there, I learned something new. They can re-core my intercooler with "Active" core which will make a great improvement for almost $800.

For now I'll have it JB welded to get by for now and either keep looking for another good used intercooler, or buy a upgrade or have the original re-core with the upgraded core.

This aftermarket intercooler have this same/similar core that the shop can re-core mine with Active's upgraded core.
