Before I return this to Speedway, anyone want it? $280.

With the ratchet side to the inboard side, the ratchet driver is to the front on the driver side and to the rear on the passenger side.
I had to go straight to Impact to get a "right side ratchet" that will put the driver on the rear of the driver side ratchet.

I was wanting newer ratcheting belts but thinking 3"

I've heard good things about better comfort w 2" especially with head and neck restraints. I guess I'll find out!
Tapatalking in traffic

2" are so much better

Do they check the dates on the harnesses like NHRA does? I always get mine from my drag buddies for free.
-
They are supposed to be in the 3 year window. Dates are generally not checked.

Most complicated sentence i have ever read 5 times. 2/3 of the way though my mind gives up.
-
I bet I've spent 20 minutes on that sentence in the last 3 days
-
i am glad im not the only one then.
-
You are not. I'm embarrassed to say that 6 software guys, 3 PMs, and a cleaning lady are all stumped by this. There have been several attempts to diagram it on various white boards. Even the offshore teams, the masters of tangled sentences, have given up on it.
(this it what happens when you park a beat up jeep in the lot for several months then bring it back all fixed up)(also the reason things were on FB as much as FLX and M4).

Here's a stab at it...
there's a driver and passenger side set of belts
on the center console (inboard) side of each seat is the 'ratchet driver'
the 'ratchet driver' points forwards on the driver set of belts
the 'ratchet driver' points backwards on the passenger set of belts
Mike wants a drivers side set of belts where the 'ratchet driver' points backwards - probably for some sort of safety or ease of use reason
-
I hate it when I confuse the cleaners. I'm sorry, Consuela!
The ratcheting belt is driven by a standard 1/4" ratchet. So there's a ratchet on a ratchet - and the ratchet driver is on the opposite end from the belt's ratcheting mechanism, just to confuse things.
Words are terrible.
1/4" driver will go on the back side if mounted to the passenger's left.
1/4" driver will go on the front side if mounted to the driver's right.
Center console is in my way to have the driver on the front side without moving tabs or tubes.

I would just really like some ratcheting belts. ;)
Where do I buy the ones with the reverse muffler bearings already pressing into the o-ring dado?
