Band saw

just looking for options at this points.. but ive needed one twice in 2 months.. time to buy
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

not worth it?

I use a Milwaukee porta-band with the Swag stand/table. Much smaller footprint and does 99% of what I need. Love it!

full size bandsaws are really annoying to store. If what you need it for (really throat depth is the practical limitation) is covered by a portaband, you won't regret that at all. Very versatile tool.

HF saw worth it for me.  love it, would buy another tomorrow.   no other better tool to hawg though 10" i beams or C channel / angle on its own while im drinking beer or doing something else.
