take your biggest breaker bar and just snap all the bolts from the top side, lift bed off.

I glanced - giant torx? I may need to buy a tool. Or grind heads off. I think t40 is as big as I own

they go into clip nuts that just snap into holes. actually nice way to do it. i assume a bed mount kit you just use new hardware and clip nuts
