If not "getting the hell out of Dodge" (aka NY), then at least a smaller house/property.  Negotiations with the wife are ongoing...  :P

Its nice outside of NY.

Sunny and in the 70s today, Madison is going swimming at a friends house and Tomorrow we are going wheeling.

Low taxes, low crime, happy people. Its quite a change of pace from NY.

Anyone with a skill can make a fortune here. Skilled labor is in short supply.
