Install kit obtained; credit: Arie/ NuWay. Awesome!

Waiting on some medium speed foods (certainly not fast at this point) up by Carter now. Probably work through the meeting and maybe get the gears wrapped up.

Flatted a trailer tire on a curb cut for a drain grate outside Spencer’s shop. Awesome.

Sounded like a gunshot. Half surprised I didnt see rpd cruise by after.

15” LR E thankfully. At least a cheaper F up.

Ring gear mounted up. Time for details. Enjoy the meeting! Kim’s cage painting on the bro :)

2 replacement wheels and 2 more innerairlocks ordered so I'll have 6 & 6 now.

tires are NOT yet flat.

I expect the wheels to crack if we try to straighten them. I think the only way worth trying would be with some constructed dies in a large shop press. Thoughts? or just scrap em?

I was thinking about heat as I typed that. First thought is it seems like that would be bad.

how big a bottle jack? I'd figure a 20t inside the wheel ought to be able to stretch it right out and rip it apart. That would be easier than dies in a shop press

not sure how short my 20t air-over goes, but a curved section with a flat base for the base of the jack to sit on and spread across 20-30% of the wheel, and a rounded dolly for the business end should get some motion in the right spots. Doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough. Not much to lose other than fingers

new wheels have not shipped. fail on me for just going back to previous vendor and pushing the button instead of checking stock/fulfillment date.

will swap good innerairlock'd tires to front, run my 2 non-locked spares in the rear. Spare tire will be a tubed shredded tire on an H2. Boo.

didn't touch this thing all weekend. Will take care of tires and trim bump pads, and probably move front lower shock mounts inboard about 0.200" to better clear highsteer arms.

Wheels shipped yesterday. No tracking info supplied.

Tires swapped on the right, not yet on the left. Front shock tabs moved in on right, removed only so far on left. Need to fix suck down and swap left tires, thats about it for tonight. might try to do PA wiring but i kinda doubt it.
