i have no idea what your talking about,i went to that forklift repair on mt read,asked the guy if he had any orbitals and he pulled this char lynn  p.o.s out of a pile and said here you go
according to to 10 youtube videos i watched flaring aluminium just as easy as brake lines
fuel pump installed and began to plumb, switch panel for push button start and battery disconnect installed

Man,where can you get an fittings in this town.need 2 an-8 1 an-10 with barb ends to connect fuel hose

Good call on powerdrives had to order a couple of things ,got fuel hose for same price as big box stores

i had my hydraulic lines made there.  Defiantly wasn't cheap but I set the four required items on the counter and said connect these and it was done lol

thanks to smike and the free kitchen hauler recycled 10-3 i now have a 15' power cord and can weld anywhere inside and outside my garage.

started thinking about the wiring and this is the shematic i came up with,will this work,should i run a single wire from the alt to the battery instead?

With that schematic the engine (and all accessories) will run off the alt after the master disco is killed.

If you want the master disco to kill everything while the motor is running that's how you have to do it. or from the alt to the batt side of the kill switch. or better yet get a dual throw kill switch - but that's a topic I've not looked into.

I don't like that the alternator charge wire stays hot even with the kill killed, but it is what it is...
