reg joint would get case and diff closer to sync, if it will take the current angles

steering valve shitting the bed. if it was fluid starved but otherwise good it should be hard to turn.

Maybe it's pissed that you took it out of the garage? LOL
my CJ steering would get cranky after sitting for long periods. But always seems to clear it self after some driving.
Is it worth fluid replacement?

You told me to get that one lol.  Idk its been bleed pretty thoroughly.  This is a new symtom, before it just wouldn't turn at low rpms.

2X6X1.25 DA HYD CYL SWIVEL EYES I believe this is the unit I have

http://www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Cylinders/Double-Acting-Hydraulic-Cylinders/2X6X1-25-DA-HYD-CYL-SWIVEL-EYES-9-7259-6.axd

1.25 seems to be pretty common shaft size at 2".  What were the single ended ones you guys were running? or were then 2.5"

Trapped air would surely do it.

Raise the front tires off the ground. Bring it lock to lock 3-4 times every time you're out in the garage over a week. Ought to bring any air out easily.

a non swivel eye cylinder would also semi-fix my tie rod problem.
