Too humid to paint this weekend...
but I did get a good couple hours in sanding and degreasing...

having a 2 story garage with an access hatch in the floor made cage removal a 1 man job...







Galvy parts came back Friday... all bolted back in and ready for this thing to come together by Friday..
I have a customer event and I made too many promises...
was able to get the tire carrier in color and Im very pleased with the results...
paint is 90 percent prep!!

Would have liked one more spray bomb for a final gloss coat, but it came out better than anticipated..
I can always touch up areas with careful masking..

A more complete update later...
but this is where I'm at after its maiden voyage....

the front is up on jack stands and I have some cleanup to do on my garage floor  ::)

funny you mention the driveway...

when I was spraying the cage my painting tarp was being used...
needless to say there is a slight blue tint on some of the pavers...
couple weeks, some rain, and it will be fine...
