ARB locker, 30 spline
RCV 30 spline shafts
Moog and Wagner chassis and brake parts
Rebuild with all new Timken bearings and Seals...

ARB locker, 30 spline
RCV 30 spline shafts
Superwinch premium lockout hubs.

One of these is not like the others/ One of these just doesn't belong.

Options are pretty limited unless you go to a unit bearing though, right? There was no D30 internal locking hub? With the ARB I'd probably just run drive flanges with grade 9 bolts. I'm recalling the external lockout issues that were had on other rigs here with bolts loosening and breaking. Wasn't that Ryan's scout 44 front that also had unending spindle bolt issues as well?

nope..
30 spline inners
27 spline outer..

didnt want to go 30 outer for 2 reasons..
 1. availability of spares..
 2. wanted to make the weak link be the outer stub that is more easily fixed on trail...
one spare stub, lockout, spindle will work for both sides..

there are 30 spline lockouts and a 30 spline stub available...  gives me something to upgrade to :)

Started dressing the engine this weekend...

and after about 3-4 hrs....

still haven't decided on valve covers..
need to build oil pump and test for pressure...
figuring out acc. brackets and pulleys might be interesting as well.. have a box of parts and bolts that need to be sorted out.
There was some guesswork on the oil pan and pickup tube..
seemed a bit loose in the threads and I need a much better in. torque wrench for the pan bolts..
I might be pulling and re sealing this week...
