Getting dropped off tonight for some work
Re install intake (I have gasket)
Reconnect exhaust to cat (need a couple bolts at flanges)
Install new air intake and filter (have the kit)
top all fluids
If it will not start, diagnose and repair. (ran perfect before it sat
Install/weld in new custom exhaust if can help (I have muffler, and mock up started)
Need a front 1310 u-joint U bolt kit installed, minor but needed
Help with steering/ front track bar clearance issues. i can explain better
Roll cage added to stock cage. we can discuss in detail.. cost depending
I have a detachable winch, but want to install it on the front. Need a winch plate fabbed and welded to front bumper.
I have a few other odds and ends depending on budget we can discuss as we go
rear limiting strap
Shocks, need articulated measurements
front e-locker wiring

FYI dont ever take a Manifold off a TJ. wow are those the middle bottom bolts buried! holy batman busted knuckles.
full list and work quoted. almost ready to get her to crank- was missing PS fluid last night. bah!

there is a trick wobble joint for that...

not when the bolts are behind the header tubes. only thing you can get in there is an close ended box wrench, a gear wrench or any type of socket is no where near fitting.

I've done it twice. They're annoying, but I got it done in about 4 hours. The two in the middle are the most annoying. Trick is to have them in about 2 turns before you set the exhaust manifold in place.

i didnt have that choice since all electricals and cables and fluids / vac lines were still hooked and manifolds were kinda in there place. starting the bolts were easy just getting tools on them past finger tight, and having the half step washers correctly aligned blind by feel.... such a silly design to have the intake flange thicker than that exhaust flange, but have one bolt hold the two on to the head, in 9 places...
i billed 3 hours for cleaning of head/ surfaces, install, torque, power steering pump install, and oil filter/oil change

front steering stabilizer in
intake installed
runs and moves on its own
to go short term
fluids
shocks
rear limit straps
once over suspension hardware
ubolt install on front DS

front shaft ubolts installed
rear exhaust hanger installed
front and rear diff fluid levels checked

4 shocks installed. rear limit strap mounts fabricated.
need to call TG for straps today.
