cant beat 600$ in labor and materials, wish it was a 2 ton though and not a HF 1ton

lathe guy sucking way too much race car paint in his shop.  Didnt know the difference between the terms radius and diameter- so i drove out to pick up an 8" lathe and left after educating him that he has a 4" lathe

ya i guess i have to stick to rochester CL.  wasn't a total loss- place was 2 min from my cousins house where there was a birthday party occurring, so i got free food, cake, and saw mom.

yes- pics are hard to tell size though when taken with no reference. 


i honestly didnt think they made 3" 4 jaw chucks, how pointless
