Marion isn't that far away, right?

This place is f;ing AWESOME. If the shop fits tractors, it can fit our RV. Looks like they parked (18) 53' semi trailers around the shop, we should be good :)

Marion is where life is worth living :) it's normal around here to have shit everywhere so no one cares

We're going to look at the property today at 3. Found out the shop is well insulated, has a loading dock, (3) 14' doors,  and the pool behind the house is heated.

Forgive me if I'm in the wrong thread but if this is the hunt for shop space give me a quick rundown on who and what you're looking for. I have a close friend with 60,000 square feet in East Rochester

I think I've written off the search for space. It's got to be within like 10 minutes of home at most, I don't have enough time and I think I've firmly decided I really don't have any money for it either. Better off to put it somewhere useful than flush it in rent.

container storage sounds useful.  i have thought about that before.  but having a 48' box and 17x24 storage under my apartment works great so far.  Pen and under deck for outside stuff.

I could fill 2 dump trucks with trash right now though due to winter lazyness.

Ok. I'd like us to take a look at his facility at some point. We have been talking about doing cruise nights or swap meets under his covered parking area.
Be great for summer time get together and trailer friendly.

He and I are hopefully working on some exciting things together.

$3/ft monthly or yearly? if yearly as most commercial stuff is priced, that's worth looking at if it has 220 electric even with the drive.

even subdivided its $2500 a mo for 10K feet..

that's more than my mortgage payment
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...

He said 3 bucks a Sq ft (that's doesn't seem right)
Month to month
Depending on size u need he would build it out and or work out a deal to allow you to partition it out.
He said he just dumped 30k into electrical.
10k sq ft gated parking lot with private keys and security cameras.
Was just thinking of you guys when he and I spoke today.

How cool would it be to all be in one big space.
Just putting up options.

I know... it's always too far for Smike!
