Shop space all seems to expensive and/or too far away. I’m already paying $50/mo for a storage unit for household goods that’s not as close as would be nice.

I could really at least use a place to get shit out of the garage and out of the yard-tractor, tires, axles, motors, spare parts, etc. Something wider than 8’ would be neat but even 8*20 would be huge... And instantly full.

doubt it's covered explicitly in town code. 1-2 of them in the back yard where the eagles were would sure swallow up a lot of things and get them out of my way and out of the weather.

I can tell you about the town code... i'm looking into putting a just under 600sf garage in my back yard..
I thought you were planning to move though

I’m well aware of the 600/250 (?) sqft and percentage rules but not about how they potentially apply to things like a sea can.

Marion isn't that far away, right?

This place is f;ing AWESOME. If the shop fits tractors, it can fit our RV. Looks like they parked (18) 53' semi trailers around the shop, we should be good :)
