Eriks is only 38' it looks huge. Most of the ones I am seeing with living quarters are 40' I would like to stay under that if possible. 34 or 36 would be ideal. Even 32 if I could find it.

I thought his was a 36 or 38' DECK so it's probably a 46-48 overall. The enclosed are always dimensioned overall length. I seem to recall thinking Erik's was my trailer, but with a roof.

in all cases where I've bothered to check, yes.  they sell at 40' trailer that is really 36+4 or 34+6 or 32+8 depending on the length of the nose. By that dimension I should talk about having a 43' trailer, myself.
