Thanks!

We need to measure the diameter of the groove under the button where the C-clip rides on the shaft.

Also, if you have spider gears from this axle, looking for a photo of the top of the axle side gear--that is, the pocket in which the C-clip rides

I've got all that...

Let me find my calipers to get you real measurements. Metric or Imperial?

For the spiders, As I'm reading it, you want to see the recess that helps retain the C. Or am I missing it and you want me to open the diff/reassemble my spares to show a functioning diff?

Will be to you later tonight.

Imperial.
No need to open the diff. Looking for a photo of the recess in the top and bottom of a stock side spider gear, no need to reassemble, just a picture of the gear on a table will work. If your gears are still in the axle, please don't bother opening the diff. We will find one to tear into here - I hear Matt has a side yard full of parts :)

I have a full disassembled carrier. I think I have 3 sets of spiders. I'll be able to get that for you with no problem.

Still need to locate calipers to get axle measurement.

Cannot locate my calipers. Probably I. Storage which is currently inaccessible due to the only functional vehicle I own being in Rochester right now.

Did the pic of the spiders make it ok?

Spiders came out ok per our engineer. Did you locate the spare axle shafts?
