I have to do the same thing.  Let me know where you find the square stock that big.

I was almost thinking of taking the brand new CT round one I have and welding plate to it to make it square.

that's a lot of quarter plate to use up to make something probably purchasable.

seems worthy for the possibly needed short length 3.5" step-down though.

Damn, doesn't look like Peterson has matching amber marker lights. I didn't feel like replacing more than the couple broken ones and getting an ID bar on there.
