borrow Titan for a week.

though he's been good the last week or so. I'm sure it won't last though. I liked what Rywan tagged me in this AM:

This unit protected the female companion from an angry pitbull who was out loose this morning on their walk. The pit's house door was wide open, apparently it's been having issues latching right. Pit made a bee line for Titan and Kim when they got close to the house, the dogs got into it pretty good I guess. The pit followed them home and stayed on the stoop barking at the door after they got home and Kim got Titan inside. Kim and Titan are fine, Kim's got some bruises. She went out the other door and drove over there and beat on windows and doors and nobody came out. I chased the dog away, he was a growling meanie even without another dog there to egg him on.

Kim called the police and they showed up pretty quickly. They got someone at the other house who was very apologetic and told him about the door latching issue. Getting fixed today... Apparently the other dog has some scratches on him. Titan did great work. I'm really proud of him today.

We are allowed to shoot dogs in my area for such matters, glad all are ok.

I think the IDQ frowns on discharge. I'd have been pretty tempted if that were possible once they were separated.

Glock or 1911 would have solved that problem real quick.

Get a lawyer and sue them. People who are iresponsible with dogs deserve to be sued and strung up. You want to own a gentle pit bull, dont be surprised when it attacks someone.

"But pitbulls are real nice loving dogs! It is all how they are raised."

This is extreme sarcasm because I hate pitbulls

As a person with 2 pitbulls, I understand both sides. If one of my dogs were to do something like that I would understand it being shot. It's my job to keep my dog under control. Uncontrolled dogs are bad no matter what type of dog they are (there is a shepherd in the neighborhood that terrorizes everyone the same way the pit did in this case).

Nick, as much as you are being sarcastic, there is much truth in that saying. Although I would change the last word to "managed".
