I really need a portapower.

Also a better spare carrier/bumper design.

traditionally one would freeze the dipstick tube .. then put into room temp/warm engine..
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...
I now have 4 very not common cars and they are all red.. :o

Sanded off powedercoat. Wasn’t quite enough. Sanded off a tiny bit more and all good.

Clean race for me, minus one flat.  Huge gash in the side by the time I stopped plus probably a ton of small damage. Will probably require stitches to hold a tube. Maybe stitches and a tractor patch could get it Slime-worthy? Doubt it.

Thinking bead locks so I can repair my other two with damage at the bead, and thinking about diy tireballs. I’m tired of destroying tires.

Also time to get an impact and fully execute on Quick Jack plan 1.1 with a modified shaft to prevent over- extension once I replace the cracked internal nut from testing. Flat tire lap nearly gave me heat stroke and cost me 24-28 minutes. 5 of that is what it takes to get back in the car, of course.

Home safe. No issues. Beautiful fog and clouds from the storms.

The damage I noticed before I washed the tire was the gash in the /

It's the deepest and longest, but no idea which was causal.

I may try 20 again. With the flats I've been having this year, what do I have to lose in experimenting? Right now all I've got left are the 4 on the car and one with a tube in it.

This one is gonna need a tube, I've got 2 others with damage at the bead that'll need tractor patches with massaging and beadlocks to seal.

Really wish i had more training and field time in this department.  I'll see if any of my manufacturers have a course in offroad stuff so i can be of more help in the future.

if my glue and patch stuff would work as it did when i first got it, i could easy fix those 4 leaks.

something happened to my materials, the last 4 attemps the glue just doesnt seem to be sticking to the rubber anymore.  not sure if shelf life is up or what.

Smike, my guy says that if it seems  less liquid and more tacky at all, it's most likely gone bad. Definitely a cause for adhesion problems.
