clutch seems to not disengage fully. you push the pedal and can still near trans spinning. very hard to go into gear and grinds.
weird thing is once you get it in gear you can sill stay at a stop without engine stalling.
going to put in a master/slave but open to ideas

internal or external slave?
pop inspection cover and see if you can use a flashlight to see though bottom or though top vent if the clutch ears are worn through
can you bleed the slave? what is the history / milage? has he been adding fluid to the master?
if you unbolt the slave (if external), and it springs out like an inch or more, its full of air
