i am 99% sure there are bars on ebay for 50$ that fit the aluminum arms i still have from copper fab bar also.
i am 360$ invested in, and i have the 5/8" heims i need for links already.
-
seems there is a 48 and 49 spline 1"
-
I'd probably run 3/4 hiems that I already have... I'd still love to try the Toyota thing but I never see those trucks. Maybe I should try cruising forums for ppl doing solid axle swaps.

i broke a 1" bar with aluminum arms, so i dont think its the spline issues people say- i think thats from loose bolts.
i went to 1.25" bars, they seem to be most common.
steel arms, ill add aluminum extentions to seem pretty beefy. having a chart and known name of bars is nice. 2 of mine are gun drilled and light also.
-
My ifs parts truck still has them on it....lol

Interested in pulling torsion bars and A arms?
Can you get me a length on the torsion bar so I can see how it might or might not fit for me?
-
there is hope for the world of internet sales
got a 15$ refund for combine shipping from 4 sway bar guy!
-
completed on 572 and 928.
passed dock tests and rip around shop tests
matts car no longer has torque swat after throttle down, keeps pretty flat in loose turns, great improvement on pavement turns.
both the cars could still go a little stiffer we think, but a good start. 3-5 bolts and 2 min to change bars
-
Sway bars did work and handled better than many of the other cars at KY with currie and PAC units. Smike you outdid yourself on that find.

a little bit of thought and engineering after reading how others have failed improperly using the same components goes along way
they really were awesome.
wish mine looked less farm truck though lol. matts turned out pretty nice
-
are the arms that matt has something "stock"? they look super sharp. I need to take a look at how those things came out and try to replicate.
-
they are shoroder arms and they are spendy new, but seem to be all over ebay for 1/3 cost

Matt called them to chat, i think they were 320$ and custom made arms from them
-
there are a ton of the bars still on ebay also from 20-40$ we have like the smallest 5-6 sizes on the chart. some of them are gun drilled also.
-
pair of 14" arms for $120, 4 bars for $230 seem decent?
I definitely don't see $20-$40 bars....
