Anyone have 2 spare pairs of 7/8 heims? I should have looked closer at that last week when there was adequate time to order. Probably just have to run em as is.

Need my intercom back.

Debating tearing down the front for axle seals. I think that's about it on the short list. Is the lift available tonight or tomorrow?

Copy that. I will plan on heading over with tire stuff and picking up an intercom. Probably not worth bringing the car over?

Rr shock seal is blown. Oil dripping

Thats the only other original shock left, still blue resi hose. Everything else is newer, black remote hose.

I want these things gone so badly.

I guess I need to do that seal, and replace the broken shock body, and see what else I have left for parts to make another spare. RF shaft is pretty galled, will destroy seal almost immediately.

Front: 14” 125 over 16”  ??
Rear: xx over 200 16”

Rear really looks like an 18” 200 over the labeled 16” 200.

Front lowers are larger coil dia than the rear 200s. Maybe 250?

Coil dia:
Front upper: .377 x 11 coils
Front lower: .501 x 13 coils
Rear upper: .433 x 13 coils
Rear lower: .436 x 11 coils

Rear lower markings:

Front upper marking:

This bump has 65psi in it as-is. I had a note from last race that it may be leaking. Guess so. No wonder it sucked so bad to ride on it.

I really need to get a co2 setup here. Feh.

Found some formulae, think I have some answers
front: 14" 125 over 16" 250
rear: 16" 150-175 over 14" 200

kinda fucked up. But then so is my front travel, and probably all of the dual rate stops.

If I can get a pair of 16" coils anywhere 220-300 I'll be good for this weekend. Need to call Jeff.

if you know one of the springs on the shock, you can math out the rate of the other at any height with a tape

Putting a pair of 300s on the front. Probably will be a bit oversprung, but it’s whats in town to run Saturday. Probably just put it on the fucked shock. Seal is probably wiped out already, or will be on disassembly anyway.

2.5 s before next season, somehow.

Got springs from Jeff last night.

Need to pull other front c/o and set both lowers at 300. look closer at shock parts pile and decide between running this one, swapping for last new, or repairing some things from the pile.

Need to check all pressures, probably swap a front bump stop and I’d like to add some oil to the front bumps and maybe look at limiting travel to 2”. They should be stiffer and not screw up my current limited up travel too much.
