That's a really good deal.
Definetly used alot of our straps for the trip to KOH. Now ready to replace the crap ones.

Always bought similar looking ones from TSC but they were $30+ and now they don't carry the blue ones.
So i bought a pair of these.
The lock release is awkward to pull but the padded extra long handles are nicer.

i have gone through 4-5 sets of 4 over the years from similar ebay vendors.   for the price they are good if used properly

ha thats funny    i bought the very same ones from the same seller last July.
FYI these are the same as the WARN company ones, less the red paint on the pin.
