Whenever there is a lien on the title and you have satisfied the lender, the lender will give you documentation that will remove the lien from the title next time it is applied for.  Some just wait until they sell, but can be done while you still own.  It's not a big deal, usually.

Just have to make sure the lien has been satisfied. If you buy something with the lien still on it you then will end up reasonable for that lien and also what ever you paid for the truck.
