It is the 4L80E.  It should be fine.

Virtually identical to what I have. Wish mine had a manual transfer case :/

Have both, definitely prefer the manual.  Stupid electronics.

Yeah, daily driving my pickup when my XJ is down for something sucks. 11 mpg unloaded.

That's what the Eagle got last tank. City driving and short trips kill it. Hardly matters when it's only a once a month fill though.

Could have rotten exhaust manifolds at that mileage and year. Trans in those were decent. I towed and plowed with my 01 2500 HD. No issues w mine at 120k

yeah the 12s are SWEET! iirc, the set retails for 90$ so with the 20% coupon its not too bad
