that's tempting. if I had the floor space I'd probably go get it and replace my garage window with a stack. if it runs on that tank for 20hr I bet I could self sustain with my own waste oil since I seem to make about 30 gallons per year. top draw on a well settled drum would probably be just fine.

troy im going to guess this Coleman unit is a little cleaner in operation than your unit.  also, not it says when turned down, 20hrs.  at full 35000btu load its probably much higher.

you are quoting it wrong," Will run continuously at full rated output for 20 hours, more if you dial it back." i mispoke when i say 20 hours plus, but he says will run longer if dialed back. a kerosene unit which is 99% efficient will burn 2 gallons at 20k-23k  btu's for 8 hours
