everyone does, but I think an 8.3 has some room to grow.

I'm just saying it's probably the nicest medium duty configuration I've seen.

Plus I'm pretty sure he's wrong anyway, I have never heard of a 4.0 in an XJ having any auto behind it but an AW4.

My second-least favorite motor, and on a heavy-medium chassis instead of Class 7/8, but this looks pretty sweet.

the older mechanical ones i think you can turn up like a 12v

that's why I left off the "E" from DT466!
Yes, their injection pump looks strikingly similar to what's used on 94-98 p-pump 12c Cummins.

I used to be a heavy equipment repair technician and trucks with DT466 never had any issues. All I did was preventative maintenance on them. They just keep on going and going....super dependable. DT466E (or "MAXXFORCE"), not so much.

Intake and straight pipe are the only modifications ever done to it.

Tow package with brake controller.

The oil pan leaks, will need tires soon, door bottoms are getting crusty, small hole in passenger rocker, rear pinion seal weeps.

I replaced one rear caliper in a snow storm as an emergency fix to keep my driveway clear. I have the other caliper that needs to be put on.

Driver rocker and cab corners are clean. Bed is CLEAN from an 09 of the same color.

Vinyl floor, manual hubs, manual tcase, automatic trans, captains chairs with no center console. Cold AC. Driver seat ripped. Kenwood CD player with USB and aux. input.

2012 mirrors.

8' MM1 plow. This truck has only plowed our personal driveways. Never commercially.

Front end is very tight. Drives straight at 80mph.

Nothing to hide. I'd drive this truck to California tomorrow.

I'm working in Saint Albans Vermont.  Live in Wilmington Vermont. Truck is currently in Saint Albans.

Tool box is staying with me.
