That pinto is what my pinto motor came out of.

He has some drag race built Chevy to stick in it. Some 750hp monster of some sort.

$67k for a 5500 that doesn't know if it's a tradesman or a Laramie? Wtf. And 331mi new old stock 2014 for that price? Cmon.

I'm pretty sure that odo is flipped. Those things are all over down here. All with "low miles" until you see the service log.

low miles is common when they never leave base.

should be able to buy direct from GSA for half that though. or that price as a rotator boom wrecker.

wtf?

there is SO much wrong there I don't even know where to start. WTF would you want a 60" deck for? Must have been built for something to hang off the sides? I'm at a loss.

I asked him this:  Why is it so tall? What was its original purpose?  Can the height be changed?

You could change the height with a torch and some patience but it's not adjustable. It's designed to get up to loading dock height because I've used it to pull freight(usually steel products but also farm implements/construction materials/and crates). The other reason I used this trailer was because of its width. Most partials aren't 8.5ft wide(most are 6 and under- and with dunnage I could pull full width and stay within the legal pentameter of the fenders anyway). By having a narrow deck it cut 2000lbs off the curb weight increasing the payload ability(which proves more significant) and increase's fuel economy(due both to the reduction of weight and profile). It also provides stability. Due to the height I'm eligible to take flatbed loads, and that's much more desirable than only a lowboy configuration to a broker. Commercial opposed to residential customers will either have a forklift/crane/or a loading dock. It's built specifically to accommodate.
