not sure.  gota ask what the deal is.  if its just a plate from anothertrailer- could be problems / stolen.  ask for VIN and date of manf  has to be 15 years or older for registration with out a title

what smike said on the title stuff. If there's a ME reg that matches the VIN you should be golden if it's old enough.
