a ford thing in or around 2010 build would be metric and not 8x6.5

GM did the same.  Changed for 2011 to 8 x 180mm.

I'd think another 8 holes would make that ring look like Swiss cheese. I don't know how different the pattern really is and if holes could be changed without welding them partly or completely shut.

It is an izusu need I say more. Kelly had one.  Her dad was the hero for helping with the down-payment, I was the dumb ass boy friend stuck with the constant repairs and the husband stuck with the almost zero trade in value.  Suckerrrrrr
