fine and perfect are 2 different things..

If everybody was ok with fine the place would be empty
I never wanted a red car.. always thought they were tacky and common...

i filled up quicker this year than I ever have....
by mid November I was done with the exception of my own toys...

I think I will take less boats next year and more cars... I will be able to make 20-30% more easily...

not to sound like and ass, but currently Im pulling in more money than most decent starting salaries.

Its easy, but you need to have a Gem and a sweetheart deal...
if I had to staff, heat and secure a building with the sole purpose of storage it might not be as lucrative as it is..

I am looking at opening a west side location next year.. but as mentioned above Im not doing it as a stand alone.

What happens if one of those cars happened to have an electrical issue and spotaneously started a fire (seems like it's common in Fords)? The entire thing will be up in flames in no time. I assume you're well insured for that scenario?

what happens if the car next to you in Wegmans parking lot blows up?
is it Wegmans fault or the car owners?

if and when you store a car of vessel with me in the future I will make sure you are fully aware of all my policies and liabilities...

That would be much easier for me. Behind Finns? Is that still for rent there?

Arie,

What are the door heights at your locations?

Price for a 30' boat?

Doesn't have to be heated (I'll winterize the engine and hot and cold water anyhow).

Let me know, it should be ready to go after this weekend.
