interesting, never heard of them

how did the upper king pin bushings look?

i had to replace the king pin eliminator plates in mine, the adjustor bolt wore a hole through them, the nylon cones were shattered as they are every time the knuckle comes out...

I put reid bronz$e units in this time.

seriou$ly on the broze units. one bushing was in two pieces, the other was whole. MUCH better condition than expected. Both very worn on the lower outer. will replace with stock this and probably next go-around. I think the 37s vs the 44s have a huge impact in parts wear on the frontend. I'm uncertain what Matt's excuse is ;)

JJs on rear axle uppers should be OK. all is welded together there from bad threads at some point so heim swap will definitely wait for new arms.

Already have blown bushings on front frame side uppers, bah.

they'll be shot the first day there I'm sure. May change them mid week if the front pisses me off ::)

gears and spools and cell foam ordered from Summit. really wish this week hadn't been kicking my ass and I'd have been able to push that button yesterday and maybe have them Friday.
Oh well, plenty of other shit to do this weekend.
uugh, I need a crew. and a vacation.

I really wish I had a plasma. Winch mount would be done along with something else if I did, instead of winch almost done.

get your arms yet?

let me know if you need quality hole drilling devices

928 and 572 run 7/8 bolts single shear at the arm, and 3/4 at the PSC clevis

i had to buy fine thread bolts a different size for the 2 on each side that go into the key way, not sure why, but let me know i have a bag of them if needed.

HD cone washers should be made also- i have the right DOM some spin some on the lathe

Wtf.

I read of needing different hardware through the keyways. Thanks.

Taking today off to burn a bunch of extra propane and get some work done on this thing.
